In our kitchen, we cook with organic and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. We strive to place intention and care into our culinary work by providing a variety of healthy and dietary options.

Conspiracy Kitchen offers a great variety of fresh, ready-to-eat meals, light meals, drinks, and desserts, all made from the same high quality ingredients sold in the store.

Our Ingredients: The vegetables, grains, and beans we use are organic. Cheeses meet our quality standards: no rBST, no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives.

Meats have no antibiotics or added hormones. Vegan, gluten-free, wheat-free, and raw dishes are available daily for special diets.

Hot Bar and Salad Bar: Conspiracy Kitchen prepares delicious, tasty hot meals daily with an emphasis on organic ingredients.

Soups: The co-op’s soups change daily. There are two hot soups daily, and always at least one of them is vegan. We also have a variety of soups served cold, to-go. Regularly featured soups include Thai Butternut Squash, Red Lentil Dahl, Root Stew and Tomato Bisque with Feta.

Sandwiches: Our Tempeh BLT was named a “staff pick” in the Tucson Weekly’s Best of Tucson issue. Other sandwich favorites include Turkey & Pepper Jack, Cheddar Veggie, and the Curry Tempeh Wrap.

Salads: In addition to a green salad, the Kitchen regularly features a variety of sides, including Pesto Pasta, Garlic Lover’s Pasta, Egg Salad, Tuna Salad, and Beet Salad. There’s also a diverse selection of organic cheeses and organic hummus made fresh at the co-op.

Cheese: We also offer a diverse selection of cheese, bulk wrapped in our kitchen!  Bite size pieces for snacks and lunches too!
